Where is my order?While our order processing times are back on track, our third-party shipping partners sometimes experience challenges in certain parts of the country. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we know they are doing their best to get shipments delivered as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days shipped with priority mail which is usually 1-3 days after processing. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. You will also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section. All delivery times are based on average in-transit time and are not guaranteed.

I recieved a damaged / wrong item, what do I do?If you received a damaged or incorrect product different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours upon receiving the package. Our email is ceo@styledbyjada.llc and we will help you resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you choose to change your mind. All sales are final. Keep in mind that we try our best to represent accurate colors in our product photos. We ensure you that it will be the best quality, nonetheless.

How do I cancel an order or fix a mistake?Please be sure to check for any mistakes and/or misspellings before placing an order. Once the order is in production, we are not able to make changes. If you want to make changes to your address before shipping, please make sure to do it ASAP by emailing us at ceo@styledbyjada.llc with your full name, order number and correct address.
